Shekinah and Katie did a fantastic job during my visit. Even though the weather wasn't nice they were both friendly and upbeat. the food was served hot and tasted great. Will definitely return.
They guys and girls that run the food deserve a raise. Sprinting back and forth to cards, jeez just makes me out of breath thinking about it. Food is always delicious. This is an Ohio staple. Tried the Blueberry/lemon milkshake (at the suggestion of our runner) and it was quite delicious. I never would have though to order. Potato Teasers and Onion Rings are the best you will ever taste.
Swenson's is a solid 4 star rating. I love the way they cook their burgers, they are never dry, and always flavorful. The cheese is always gooey. My personal favorite is to get a Galley Boy, add an extra patty and grilled onions. Potato teezers, onion rings, or fries are a good choice of side dish. And finish it off with a signature milkshake; they have lots of specialty flavors, but you can never go wrong with a classic chocolate malt.
Went to Swensons on January 1st, and the food was pretty good overall. Not great, but it was good enough to come back and try again. Despite the food being decent, The service was impeccable. Our server Jake was very nice and even ours. He made sure we were all set with the things we ordered. He checked in frequently with us to make sure we were happy and enjoying our food. He was very understanding with what we wanted to order and got it to us in a timely fashion. You could tell the kid is a very hard worker doing his best. Thank you swensons and more importantly, Thank you Jake!
This place has the Best Fried Mushrooms & Fried Zucchini I've ever had!! My son loved the burgers! They have a kind of sweet taste, it's different! That's why he likes them! (My husband wasn't fond of it) I'll try it next time we go and I'll be the judge. Yes, we are going back! The service is Great - The food is Fresh and always served Hot! You can taste the quality. This is our new place whenever we are in the area. I recommend it to anyone that has this place as an option! If it's a lil out of the way - it's worth the drive to get there. They survived and started the business in 1934, I can see why they're still going strong!! Stop Bye and ENJOY!!
Swenson experience is always the best one, the service is super fast and the food is always tasty. We ordered different burgers and everything tasted amazingly delicious. Ohio people love their Swenson.
Went in for dinner for the family and Bailey gave us exceptional service, had great recommendations, and may the overall experience absolutely wonderful, give this guy a raise. Will definitely be back soon and be asking for him again. Would definitely come as well to this location, food was fresh and everything came out early time and I fashion no. This is such a great place with delicious food. I’m always impressed with the customer service as well - the servers are friendly and the wait time is short. Give the peanut butter and chocolate shake a try, it’s to die for! My only complaint is that it’s gotten pricey recently, it was 30 for two today. It didn’t feel like we got a lot, just a burger and shake each, with chicken nuggets to share. If they had prices listed it’d be easier to decide. Otherwise, a consistently positive experience. Today we had the server Sophia, she was so friendly and full of sunshine. I’d highly recommend this Swensons location!
